1. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By accessing and using 81rambler.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.  

2. Products and Services:

  • 81 Rambler offers custom print-on-demand products.
  • Product images and descriptions on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment:

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
    Payment is due at the time of order placement.
  • We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping and delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.   
  • Returns caused by wrong address submission errors will result in additional shipping charges to the customer once 81 Rambler receives a valid address.

5. Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
  • Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we may not accept returns for buyer's remorse or errors while ordering.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 81 Rambler or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without our express written permission.
  • By uploading any designs to our site, you are verifying you have the legal right to use those designs.

7. User Content:

  • If you upload or provide any content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, 81 Rambler shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site.
  • Our maximum liability will be limited to the total amount paid by the customer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties:

  • The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Indemnification:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold 81 Rambler harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, United States.  

12. Changes to Terms:

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
