Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We want you to love your custom-made items! Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

Here's Our Policy:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide us with photos of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. 
    • After review and confirmation of damage or defect, we will gladly replace the item.
  • Lost in Transit:
    • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
    • We will investigate the issue and resolve appropriately.
  • Wrong Address 
    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • What We Can't Accept:
    • Because each item is made to order, we cannot refund or accept returns for buyer's remorse.
    • We cannot refund or accept returns for errors in ordering (e.g. incorrect selection of size(s), color(s), or change of mind. Please double-check your order details carefully before placing your order.
    • Due to hygenic reasons, some items such as face masks may not be returned.

  •  Exchanges not permitted.

  • We are committed to providing excellent customer service, and we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
  • We reserve the right to request the damaged goods be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
  • Please allow for slight color variations due to monitor differences.
